First Borges

Having just finished my first Borges story I can say that the story is so quirky and awesome. It seems absurd at times and seems to contradict itself, but is also amusing in the weirdness of it. His writing kind of reminds me of the old sci-fi show "The Twilight Zone" with the ending saying that in a hundred years or so the earth will be Tlon. Overall I think he is interesting and and quirky and different from most other authors I've read in the past.
I can also see connections to Invisible Cities in the way he describes Tlon from the encyclopedia and how the topic of how once something is named or classified it is "falsified".
